Who are Flop Shot Fortune and what is it all about?
Flop Shot Fortune is a UK-based prize competition company operated by Flop Shot Fortune LTD.
We run skill-based prize competitions where entrants must correctly answer a question to be entered into a live draw.
We specialise in golf-related prizes and aim to provide a fair, transparent and enjoyable competition experience.
All competitions are operated in accordance with UK law.
How do I enter a competition?
All current competitions are displayed on our Competitions page.
To enter online:
Select the competition you wish to enter.
Choose your answer to the competition question.
Select the number of entries (up to the stated maximum).
Proceed to checkout and accept the Competition Terms & Conditions.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order and allocated ticket number(s).
Only correct answers are entered into the draw.

Can I cancel tickets once ordered?
No.
Once entries have been purchased, they cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by law.
How will I know if I’ve won?
If you are the winner, we will contact you using the contact details provided within 7 days of the competition closing date.
If we are unable to contact you within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Please ensure your contact details are up to date in your account.
Up-to-date contact information is very important! If we can’t contact you within 14 days of the competition’s closing date, we will need to choose another winner and you won’t be able to claim the prize. You can check and manage your details through your Account.
How long is the competition open for?
Each competition has a clearly stated opening and closing date displayed on the competition page.
Competitions will close at the time specified or earlier if the maximum number of entries is reached.
Closing dates will not be extended to allow additional ticket sales.
Who can enter the competitions?
Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
What are the prizes?
At Flop Shot Fortune, we have a real passion for all things Golf. So our prizes include the highest quality golf equipment. You can browse our current competitions here, and each competition has a full description and pictures.
We usually have our prizes in stock, but in the rare case that we’re not able to get hold of something we will offer you one of an equal or greater value.
How do I know your company is real?
Flop Shot Fortune LTD is a registered UK company.
We operate transparently and conduct live draws which are publicly viewable.
Winners may be published on our website and social media (with consent).

How is the winner decided?
All entrants who correctly answer the competition question are entered into a live draw.
The winner is selected at random using an independent random number generator during a live broadcast.
The winning ticket number is announced publicly.
How do you use my personal data?

Provide customer support
We do not sell your personal data.

What happens if I get the question wrong?
Incorrect answers will not be entered into the draw.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
You may enter again, subject to the maximum entry limit displayed on the competition page.
While prize competitions are not gambling, we encourage responsible participation and advise you not to spend more than you can afford.
How do I delete my account?

If you request deletion before a competition closes, you will withdraw from that competition and entry fees will not be refunded.
Is this gambling?
No. Flop Shot Fortune runs skill-based prize competitions. To be entered into the draw, you must correctly answer a competition question. A free postal entry route is also available. Our competitions are operated in accordance with UK law.
How many times can I enter?
The maximum number of entries per person is displayed on each competition page. The total number of entries available is also clearly stated. Once the maximum number of entries has been reached, the competition will close.
Can the closing date change?
Each competition has a clearly stated closing date and time. The closing date will not be extended to allow additional ticket sales. If the maximum number of entries is reached before the closing date, the competition will close early.
